Data Processing Notice

1. Scope

This Data Processing Notice explains how Bineriz processes personal data for taxi requests, ride tracking, dispatch tools, driver access, support, security, and service administration.

It is intended as a clear notice for users and providers. It does not change any separate written data processing terms that may apply to a business customer or provider agreement.

2. Data Categories

• Identity, contact, account, authentication, and support information.
• Ride request, pickup, destination, route, status, chat, dispatch, and ride history information.
• Precise or approximate location data, including background location when enabled and necessary for active ride tracking or approved driver availability.
• Driver approval, provider, vehicle, availability, subscription, payment, device, analytics, log, fraud prevention, and security information.

3. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed to operate the Bineriz platform, match passengers with taxi or transfer providers, show ride status and location, maintain driver access, provide support, secure the service, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Location and Background Location

Location data is used to support maps, pickup and destination handling, dispatch, estimated arrival times, active ride tracking, and approved driver availability.

Background location may be processed only when permissions allow it and where it is needed for an active ride, driver session, safety, or dispatch workflow. Users can disable location permissions in device settings, but related features may stop working.

5. Sharing, Transfers, and Processors

Data may be shared with approved drivers, local taxi or transfer providers, city operations users, support staff, infrastructure providers, map providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, payment or subscription processors, and legal or safety parties when needed for the service.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Bineriz applies appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

6. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for the service, security, support, legal compliance, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and safety purposes.

Users may request deletion, subject to records that must be retained under applicable law or legitimate platform protection needs.

7. User Rights and Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing where these rights apply.
