Bineriz is the Turkey and Turkish market brand for the same mobile app experience operated by OceanLabs DOO. The app helps passengers request taxis and track rides, and helps approved drivers and local providers manage taxi dispatches.

OceanLabs DOO, Montenegro is the controller for personal data processed through Bineriz unless a local taxi or transfer provider separately tells you that it acts as an independent controller for its own services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and contact details such as name, phone number, email address, profile details, and authentication information.
• Ride request data such as pickup and destination details, route, trip status, timestamps, chat messages, support messages, and ride history.
• Precise or approximate location data used for taxi requests, maps, driver matching, estimated arrival times, and ride tracking. If enabled, the app may process background location while a ride or driver session is active.
• Driver and provider data for approved drivers, including approval status, dispatch availability, vehicle or provider details, and subscription status for Driver Monthly Access.
• Payment, subscription, device, log, analytics, and security data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage accounts, ride requests, taxi dispatches, maps, route details, driver tracking, and in-app chat.
• To show pickup, destination, route, estimated arrival, and ride status information to passengers, approved drivers, providers, and city operations users when needed for the service.
• To review driver eligibility, manage approved driver access, and support the Driver Monthly Access subscription for drivers only.
• To provide support, send service messages, prevent abuse, secure the platform, debug issues, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases and Consent

We process data when needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate operational and safety interests, or with consent where required by law.

Precise or background location features depend on app and device permissions. You can withdraw location permission in device settings or app settings, but some taxi request, tracking, or driver availability features may no longer work.

• With approved drivers, local taxi or transfer providers, city operations users, and support staff when necessary to fulfill a ride request or operate dispatch workflows.
• With service providers that support hosting, storage, maps, analytics, messaging, subscriptions, payments, fraud prevention, customer support, and security.
• With authorities, professional advisers, or other parties when required by law, to protect safety and rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
• Data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure.
