1. Service Scope

Bineriz is positioned for taxi requests, local taxi dispatch, transfer coordination, ride details, driver tracking, and in-app chat.

Bineriz is not a private-car ridesharing service. Transportation services are provided by approved drivers, local taxi companies, transfer providers, or other licensed or authorized providers, not by Bineriz itself unless expressly stated.

By using Bineriz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate account, contact, pickup, destination, and ride information.

Users must use the app lawfully, respect drivers, passengers, providers, support teams, and city operations users, and keep account credentials secure.

Passengers are responsible for checking ride details, meeting the driver at the pickup point, and paying any applicable fare, fee, toll, waiting charge, or cancellation amount shown by the provider or required by local rules.

3. Taxi Providers and Drivers

Approved drivers and local providers are responsible for licensing, permits, insurance, vehicle condition, tax obligations, safety requirements, fare rules, receipts, and compliance with local taxi, transport, consumer, and data protection laws.

Bineriz may provide dispatch, tracking, communication, and account tools, but it does not replace a provider or driver legal obligation.

4. Driver Monthly Access

Driver Monthly Access is a separate auto-renewable subscription for approved drivers only. It is required for approved drivers to go online and receive ride dispatches where the feature is enabled.

Passengers do not need Driver Monthly Access to request taxis, view ride details, track drivers, or use passenger features.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow App Store rules and the subscription terms shown at purchase.

5. Prohibited Activities

Sexual, disrespectful, harmful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, illegal, or otherwise abusive activity is prohibited on the platform.

Users must not submit false ride requests, interfere with the service, misuse location or chat features, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for purposes unrelated to legitimate taxi or transfer service workflows.

6. Availability, Changes, and Suspension

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, provider availability, local operational limits, or events outside reasonable control.

Bineriz may update, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or features where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, unpaid driver subscription access, or violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Service content, software, branding, design, and platform assets are owned by OceanLabs DOO or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform except as allowed by law or by these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bineriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by unavailable networks, external attacks, provider actions, driver actions, local transport incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
