5. Limitation of Liability
Bineriz is not liable for losses caused by unavailable networks, external attacks, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
6. Account Termination
Bineriz may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, offensive behavior, or prolonged inactivity.
